About President,

Bill Lovell

Bill Lovell graduated from Father Ryan High School in 1975.  From 1976 to 1980, Bill joined the Electrical Workers Apprenticeship Program,  gaining knowledge and skills in residential, commercial and industrial wiring. 

In 1983, Bill worked for Moore Displays, Inc. as a trade show and convention operations manager.  

 In 1986, Bill joined the Nashville Convention Center as the Building Maintenance Supervisor where he would oversee all construction projects and maintenance contracts.  During his tenure, Bill was responsible for managing a $2,274,634.00 yearly budget.  

In April of 2006, Bill and Mike formed Lovell & Morgan Properties, LLC, where he is now President.

About Vice-President,

Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1990.  He then worked for Rental Property Management as a maintenance technician and leasing consultant while attending Middle Tennessee State University, where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science.  Mike also had the opportunity to intern for Judge Barbara Haynes in 1996, which he considered a great honor and an opportunity to learn a great deal about the civil court process.

In 1998, Mike began his career as a Community Association Manager with Timmons Properties, Inc. where he managed 21 homeowners associations.  Also, while working for Timmons, Mike obtained his Real Estate License and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) license from the Community Association Institute.

Mike has also acquired certifications from the International Code Council as a Certified Residential Building Inspector, Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector and Zoning Inspector. 

In April of 2006, Mike and Bill formed Lovell & Morgan Properties, LLC, where he is now Vice-President.
