Bill Lovell, President, and Mike Morgan, Vice-President, founded this company as a result of the need to work closely with the Board of Directors and homeowners on a more personal level.  We have found, from past experiences in the community association field, that most management companies often grow too large and acquire numerous properties making it impossible for managers to effectively carry out their duties as an agent for the association.

We also have available for consultation, Mr. T. Michael Hayes, President of Hayes & Associates Architects. Mr. Hayes has been in the Architectural profession since 1971 and has designed numerous condominium and planned unit developments in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi; designing close to $10,000,000 per year in project construction costs. Mr. Hayes is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and certified by the National Council of Architectural Boards. He was also instrumental in revising the correctional codes in the state of Tennessee. He brings to our firm a vast amount of knowledge in the overall design aspects of planned unit developments; ranging from retention ponds to site investigations and overall construction. He is a  great asset and a pleasure to work with.
